We respect your right to control your personal data. Follow the instructions below to request deletion of your data from YUNNO.
How to Request Data Deletion
Send an email to request deletion of all your personal data from our systems.
What to Include in Your Email
To help us process your request quickly, please include the following information:
- Your full name as registered on YUNNO
- The email address associated with your account
- A list of connected social media accounts (if applicable)
- Whether you want complete account deletion or deletion of specific data only
What Happens Next
Here's what to expect after you submit your request.
Confirmation
We will send you a confirmation email within 2 business days acknowledging your request.
Processing
Your data deletion request will be processed within 30 days of receipt.
Completion
You will receive a final confirmation email once all your data has been deleted from our systems.
What Data We Delete
Upon processing your request, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your account profile (name, email, profile picture)
- Connected social media OAuth tokens and page data
- All generated articles, content, and images
- Content pipeline and scheduling data
- WordPress site connections and credentials
- Subscription and billing history (subject to legal retention requirements)
Note: Some data may be retained as required by law (e.g., billing records for tax compliance). Such data will be deleted as soon as the legal retention period expires.
Facebook & Instagram Users
If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to YUNNO, your data deletion request will also revoke all OAuth permissions and delete any stored access tokens. You can also remove YUNNO's access directly from your Facebook App Settings.
